Abstract
This study delves into the transformative potential of integrating Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices with Human Factors main beliefs, aiming to develop a holistic and sustainable organizational management approach. This study employs a comprehensive approach, intertwining qualitative exploration of organizational culture and cognitive experiences with exploratory research into existing frameworks, to present a comprehensive understanding of GHRM.Empirical evidence underscores a positive correlation between GHRM practices and environmental sustainability outcomes, emphasizing heightened environmental consciousness and dedication among organizations embracing eco-centric initiatives. Furthermore, ergonomic interventions yield palpable reductions in physical strain, thereby augmenting productivity and bolstering organizational resilience. The study’s novelty and significance lie in its pioneering exploration of the symbiotic relationshipbetween GHRM and Human Factors, providing novel insights and actionable strategies to foster a culture of sustainability and enhance organizational performance. While acknowledging research limitations, the findings carry importantpractical implications, contributing a roadmap for current management paradigms to embrace sustainability principles and optimize operational effectiveness.
