Abstract

This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier policy on article withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies-and-standards/article-withdrawal). This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor. In response to concerns raised on PubPeer at https://pubpeer.com/publications/EE07D7F9F84C10BDC7C801D787C670 the authors supplied raw XRD data used in Fig. 3. Upon analysing this data the editor noted that the noise signals which represent the vast majority of the two plots are separated by a constant value of 340.75, with different separations only exhibited around the peak values. Additionally, the editor noted that the EDX spectra are also problematic with peaks being in unexpected positions. For example, the nitrogen peak should never be more than 1 keV. The peak position for Mg is too far off and the peak for Ca should be consistent, just around 4. The Editor has therefore lost confidence in the reliability of the findings presented in this article as a whole and is retracting it. The authors disagree with the retraction and dispute the grounds for it.
