Abstract

Paralysis is a disease that can affect some people and prevent them from achieving their daily tasks. Such a disease makes patients constantly seek help to carry out their daily routine. Hence, the aim of this study is to design wearable gloves to help the patients send a message to alert family members of the need for assistance using a buzzer. This is achieved by a simple hand gesture of the patients in some direction. This chapter is an explanation of how the whole system works and the parts used in its design.
