Nisha Shanta Kumari

Dr. Nisha Shantakumari is the Assessment coordinator of the College of Medicine, Ajman University and a senior lecturer in physiology. She holds an MBBS degree from Medical College Trivandrum India, an MD degree in physiology also from Medical College Trivandrum and Diploma from National board (DNB) from the National board of examinations, India. She has also obtained a degree in Graduate Diploma in Health Professions Education. Her experience in medical universities in the UAE spans over seventeen years. Dr. Kumari has extensive experience and expertise in the field of curriculum development, assessment and evaluation. In her current capacity Dr.Kumari is primarily responsible for all assessement related acitivites at her collge ensuring the highest levels of standards and security. Her research interests are in the areas of cardiovascular physiology and medical education.
